====== File echoes ======

A file echo is a network of boards that pass files along, the way message echoes pass messages. **PBTic** is the program that processes them.

When a file arrives from your uplink, it comes with a small description file ending in ''.TIC''. PBTic reads it and puts the file in the right file area. PBToss starts PBTic for you; you do not run it by hand. It reads its settings from ''PBTIC.CFG''.
