Troubleshooting

Find your symptom, then follow the page it points to.

Callers cannot connect at all Callers cannot connect

First things to check

  1. Read the log. Open the Log Viewer in PBDispatch, or the files in LOGS. Most problems say what is wrong.
  2. Restart the service. In Service Management, press Restart on the service. Settings are re-read.
  3. Check the ports. See Ports.
  4. Check the bitness. A Win32 ProBoard needs Win32 plug-ins, and x64 needs x64.
