Folders
What is where in an installed system. The folders are created by PBInstall. See Installing ProBoard v4.

Configs | Configuration files for the newer programs. See Configuration files. |
PEX | Plug-ins (.P3X). |
MENUS | Menus (.PBM). |
TXTFILES | The ANSI and ASCII screens callers see. |
MSGBASE | The user file and message bases (unless CONFIG.PRO says otherwise). |
FILES and FILES\UPLOADS | Sample file area and the upload folder. |
PVTFILES | Private files for individual users. |
RIP, RIP\ICONS, RIP\SCRIPTS | RIPscrip graphics. |
DOC | Documentation, including the original ProBoard 2.30 manual. |
LOGS | Log files; LOGS\Archive holds rotated logs. |
LANG | Language files, if you moved them. |
NODEDIR\NODE<n> | A folder for each node. See First configuration. |
Update\Staged, Update\Backup | Program-update work folders. |
Tools | Helper programs such as PBMigHelper. |
PBInstall_Backups, PBUpgrade_Backups | Backups made by the installer and the data tools. |
