First things to check
- Read the log. Open the Log Viewer in PBDispatch, or the files in
LOGS. Most problems say what is wrong. - Restart the service. In Service Management, press Restart on the service. Settings are re-read.
- Check the ports. See Ports.
- Check the bitness. A Win32 ProBoard needs Win32 plug-ins, and x64 needs x64.
